Activity Rates

Below are the activity rates (in addition to membership fees) for all Pay-As-You-Play members, Non-Members and Guests. Non-Members (those visitors who have Court Reserve accounts) and Guests (those visitors without a Court Reserve account) pay additional fees over member rates per hour and can only book most activities 24 hours in advance.*

*There are no restrictions on how far in advance a Non-Member/Guest may book a Private Lesson. During June, July and August Non-Members/Guests may book 48 hours in advance.

While we know emergencies arise, we appreciate your understanding of our stated cancellation policy below. These policies are designed to ensure optimal play for all our members and guests and allow waitlisted members sufficient time to register.

Court Reservations

UNLIMITED PLAY MEMBERS: Court rentals must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee being placed on your account equal to the rate that would have been charged to our “Pay as You Play” members.

ALL OTHER MEMBERS: Court rentals must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the session being charged in full to your account.

Social (Open) Play

UNLIMITED PLAY MEMBERS: Social (Open) plays must be canceled at least 12 hours before event start time to avoid a fee being placed on your account equal to the rate that would have been charged to our “Pay as You Play” members.

ALL OTHER MEMBERS: Social (Open) plays must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the session being charged in full to your account.

All Other Events

Leagues, tournaments, round robins, clinics, and lessons are all subject to event specific cancellation policies indicated at time of registration and on player registration confirmation emails.

Guest/Non-Member Policy

  • “Non–Member” accounts can be created on Court Reserve for $5. This allows you to sign a waiver electronically, store your credit card and register for bookings on–line either 24 or 48 hours in advance.
  • Guests (who have not created an account on Court Reserve) MUST sign a waiver at the Front Desk prior to participating in any MBPC activity and arrange payment prior to playing.

  • Guests and Non–Members must check-in at the Front Desk upon arrival.
  • There is a $5 per hour fee on top of member activity rate for all Guests and Non–Members.
  • We ask that all players arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled activity.
