Why Become a Member at MBPC?
There are 4 primary benefits to becoming a member at MBPC:
- You can BOOK IN ADVANCE based on membership type below
- You can book ON-LINE using either the member portal or the Court Reserve APP
- You PAY LESS than non-members
- You are eligible to participate in all MBPC MEMBER ONLY SPECIAL EVENTS
What Types of Membership Does MBPC Offer?
MBPC has two types of memberships:
1) Pay-As-You-Play: Low membership fee + activity specific charges
2) Unlimited Play: Fixed fee for unlimited Court Rental and Social Play bookings (1)
(1) For court rentals, a booking is your share of the court fee, not the entire court cost. For Social Plays, it is your individual registration fee.
Each membership offers different advanced booking opportunities and other benefits as shown below. Some of the memberships may or may not be available at this time.
NOTE: You may join at any time as a “Non-Member” which gives you 24 hour in advance booking privileges (48 during summer months) and access to our Court Reserve app for on-line booking. There is a one time $5 access fee at time of Non-Member account set-up which must be PAID prior to booking on-line. Non-Members pay an additional $5 per hour above the Pay-As-You-Play activity rates (unless otherwise specified)

(1) Membership Fee: Requires 3 month commitment and payment in advance.
(2) Free Bookings Monthly: A booking consists of a member’s portion of a 1- hour court reservation or a Social Play registration fee. Benefits expire and renew each calendar month with no roll over.
(3) No $5 Upcharge : Benefit limited to 8/month for Gold and 4/month for Silver. Must be entered using the standard “+Guest(s)” function in Court Reserve for benefit to apply. Guest benefits are NOT intended for MEMBERS of the Club.
(4) Guests on Hourly Courts: Fees are credited on the first 4 hours of Guest play on court reservations each month, after which normal “Pay-As-You-Play” court rates apply. Guest benefits are NOT intended for MEMBERS of the Club. Guests must be entered using the standard “+Guest(s)” function in CR. Benefits expire and renew each calendar month with no roll over
(5) Lifetime Demo Paddle Program (LDP): Test various high-end paddles when playing at the Club. Standard paddle demos and ball use are free for all members.
(6) Child Memberships: Two (2) significant others with active ANNUAL memberships of any type may purchase up to two (2) additional Child Memberships for $50 each. Children must be under the age of 25 and reside at the same address as the two parent members. Child Memberships are Annual Standard with 7-day advance booking regardless of the privileges of their parents’ memberships. IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP REMINDERS
- Membership fees are billed in total through the Court Reserve system at time of booking and are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be suspended or put on-hold,
- Memberships auto-renew UNLESS you take action to cancel or upgrade it.
- Three (3) month memberships are for consecutive months.
Guest / Non-Member Policy
There are two types of visitors to MBPC:
1) Non–Members (have MBPC account on Court Reserve)
2) Guests (no account on Court Reserve)
- “Non–Member” accounts can be created on Court Reserve for $5. This allows you to sign a waiver electronically, store your credit card and register for bookings on–line either 24 or 48 hours in advance.
- Guests (who have not created an account on Court Reserve) MUST sign a waiver at the Front Desk prior to participating in any MBPC activity and arrange payment prior to playing.
- Guests and Non–Members must check-in at the Front Desk upon arrival.
- There is a $5 per hour fee on top of Pay-As-You-Play activity rates for all Guests and Non–Members.
- We ask that all players arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled activity.
