Court Availability and Reservations

Hourly Court Rentals

Hourly court rentals are available in 60-minute increments beginning at the top of the hour prior to 5 PM. Beginning at 5 PM, courts can only be rented on the half-hour.

Below are a couple of important additional Court Rental guidelines:

• The person who books the court is considered the “host” of the court. This person is responsible for entering additional players names– Members, Non-Members, and/or Guests. The “host’s” membership determines how far in advance a court can be booked.
• A “host” may only have one reserved court in their name for the same time and same day. Have your friends book additional courts in their name if you are wanting to rent more courts to play together.
• No more than 6 players are permitted per court reservation.
• Players who are not members of MBPC-whether they are entered through the “Guest function” in Court Reserve or added in the “Player” section as a “Non-Member”-will pay an additional $5 per hour.
• Court fees are automatically split equally between all players and placed on respective members’ accounts (except for Guest fees which remain with the guest to whom they are assigned). If you do NOT wish this to happen and prefer to pay for the entire court, you must inform our Front Desk at check-in, and they will post the appropriate fees to your account. If this is not requested, as stated above, fees will be split automatically across all players.
• Members will have the option to either cover their Guests’ fees and have those costs added to their account or have their Guests pay the Club directly at check-in. IF YOU DO NOT TELL THE FRONT DESK DIFFERENTLY, YOUR GUESTS’ COURT COSTS AND GUEST FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
